The yesterday's move by Mario Monti and other european leaders (Hollande, Merkel, Rajoy etc) did nothing to solve the european's biggest problem, which is its high debt levels.
Now you have a way, with the yesterday's european summit, that the european banks can borrow even more money, and this is not solving the problem, but this is making the problem (of the debt ) worse.
People need to stop spending money they don't have.
The solution to too much debt is not more debt.
The yesterday's little agreement give to the banks a chance to have even more debt for a WHILE longer .
