CURRENT ECONOMIC CRISIS

I agree with Mr Luigi Zanda of the italian Partito democratico about his interview today on the italian television.
Mr Luigi Zanda said today "THE CRISIS IS NOT OVER".
I can't forecast a date but I think we are speaking about years and tears in front of us.

CONTABILITA' DELLO STATO ITALIANO

In politica sono un liberale e mi piace molto Ludwig von Mises.

Penso che comunque un certo grado di pianificazione e di spesa pubblica sia saggia , nel senso di investimenti che creino occupazione attraverso opere pubbliche statali, dopo che il PENDOLO della storia negli ultimi 25 anni ha svuotato il prestigio e il potere della mano pubblica, per esaltare , ad esempio, la figura del manager di PRIVATE EQUITY ed in generale il settore privato.

Penso pero' che la situazione italiana sia diversa e che in questo caso la spesa pubblica puo' essere, in parte deleteria.

WHY WALTZ WHEN YOU CAN ROCK ?

In italia la spesa pubblica ammonta a 820 miliardi di euro, circa il 52% del PIL.

Le voci piu' importanti sono:

a stipendi della pubblica amministrazione = 181 miliardi

b pensioni= 250 miliardi

c interessi sul debito= 87 miliardi

d investimenti= 36 miliardi

e acquisti di beni e servizi della pubblica amministrazione= 137 miliardi

f contributi alla produzione= 42 miliardi

Il problema principale , letti e capiti i dati elencati, e' che lo stato deve aumentare il debito per gli investimenti pubblici  e la produzione manifatturiera di beni da parte di aziende pubbliche e tagliare, in modo intelligente , la spesa PARASSITARIA, che per esempio si annida, in particolare, nella voce acquisti di beni e servizi della pubblica amministrazione.

WHY WALTZ WHEN YOU CAN ROCK, vale nel senso che si deve agire invece di andare avanti a non tagliare la spesa ed il debito parassitario e puramente di consumo inutile e voluttuario

One of the best international law analyst is Antonio Cassese.
There is one of his greatest analysis in " POLITICAL THEORY TODAY" edited by David Held,1991, with a contribution " Violence , war and the rule of law in iternational community".
If you read carefully the conclusion at page 275, you can understand how Antonio Cassese in 1991 , forecasted the development of violence , in the international arena, by NON-STATE ENTITIES.

Antonio Cassese  at page 275 wrote "Some tentative conclusions:
1 to large extent, structural violence in the world community is at the base of direct violence by non-state groups (such as liberation movements, ethnic or reliogious minorities, indigenous populations, terrorists groups)
2despite the attacks on the nation-state by non-state entities (which strike at states from below, while intergovernmetal organizations tend to undermine state authority from above), the nation state remains the key actor and protagonist in the world community and even tending to increase its power and authority.   .......................... . "

ANIMALI SULLA LOMAZZO_BIZZARONE/Coccodrilli

Se percorrete la strada provinciale Lomazzo Bizzarone , nel tratto che da Olgiate Comasco vi porta alla dogana di Bizzarone, troverete , dopo il centro agrario sulla sinistra, un cartello sulla destra, che avvisa il passante del "pericolo di daini o cervi ?" che possono attraversare la strada in modo improviso.

Pero', abitando a Faloppio da 43 anni , io di daini o cervi in giro per la zona dell'uggiatese non ne ho mai visti.

Che sarebbe poi la stessa cosa di mettere un cartello che avvisa del pericolo di coccodrili che attraversano improvvisamente la lomazzo / bizzarone, magari a 110 km l'ora.

PREVISIONI DEL TEMPO

Non capisco tutto il tempo, cronologico, perso riguardo le previsioni del tempo, metereologico.

Le previsioni del tempo metereologico non mi convincono.

Ho visto una tromba di aria in centro a Como davanti al McDonald's, una grandinata improvvisa in centro a Como che mi ha bollato la macchina, una tromba d'aria molto grande fuori dalla Giuseppe Citterio Spa a Rho , tutti fenomeni non previsti.

Non capisco quindi la certezza delle previsioni del tempo metereologico in Tv.
Infatti quando ci sono le previsioni del tempo , cambio canale.

LOTTA CONTINUA/ Realta' comasca.

Lotta continua, il movimento politico di estrema sinistra italiano rappresenta il fallimento di una intera GENERAZIONE .

Rappresenta il peggio della sinistra.

Gente violenta, impreparata, incapace e invidiosa.

Conosco una persona della zona dell'Uggiatese/Olgiatese del comasco simpatizzante di lotta continua, che frequentava la sinistra extraparlamentare negli anni 1979/1985.

Mi ricordo che quando avevo quindici anni e conobbi il gruppo di questa persona, loro come rito di iniziazione mi accettarono, accusandomi pero' di essere "un piccolo borghese".

Questa persona, che io aiutai prestandogli delle cose personali per la sua impresa privata negli anni '80, non ebbe mai nei miei confronti un minimo di riconoscenza, tra l'altro sfruttando nella sua impresa, lui che negli anni '90 era di estrema sinistra , il lavoro di emigranti.

Poi, quando dal marzo 2004 al novembre 2010, fui militante della lega Nord mi accuso' di essere razzista nei confronti dell'Islam e come promotore finanziario di Finanza e Futuro, Deutsche Bank, rifiuto' le mie proposte commerciali concludendo contratti con altre banche. 

Insomma, piccolo borghese, razzista e leghista e con proposte commerciali come promotore finanziario non interessanti.

WAR AGAINST GOLD

THE GREAT GOLD PRICE "CONSPIRANCY"

The ideology of fanatic gold investors - and that means most gold investors- has always be a blend of libertarian and reactionary elements.

They talk about FED conspirancies.They loathe government and its "paper money". They scorn fools who believe in stocks and the dollar.

Their feeling of superiority was reinforced in the '70s, as the price of gold zoomed up 1,4625 while the equity and bonds markets crumbled (along with, as they saw it, things like law and order).

But since 1980 gold-stock owners have lost more than 90% of the value of their holdings, measured against the S6P 500.

The price of gold is down to a 20 year low of around 250 USD an ounce.

Most economists blame the drop primarly on low inflation hedges, especially derivatives.

But to goldbugs there has to be a conspirancy. And they think they've found it. Speculators- along with mining companies and other members of the gold industry- borrowing masses of gold, selling it on the spot market, investing the proceeds in higher-earnings securities , then paying back their loans with cheaper gold.If this goes on, they warn, we're in for a financial crash because banks and dealer will have to pay an exorbitant price to cover their short positions.

The goldbugs have a point in that there is short-selling going on and it has helped depress the price of gold in the short term.

But most of the short sellers have offsetting the long position in real supplies for future deliveries. Speculative selling is limited, partly bacause the market is so illiquid.

The real problem is the huge pile of gold sitting in govermment and private vaults.

And though there may be a temporary rally soon, the downward spiral in price is likely to continue.

Sniffs Randall Oliphant, presideent and CEO of giant Barrick Gold of toronto : " I don't see how promoting a conspirancy theory encorages people to invest in gold"

Most of the selling is being done by mining companies such as Barrick, .............  ..................

The capital and credit  for a short selling conspirancy simply aren't there.

"Gold is best looked on as slowly depreciating currency. It is in the early stages of being turned into just another commodities" says Kevin Crisp, chief gold researcher for J.P. Morgan.once its demoted to the status of pig iron and oats, you can expect to see the price falling to or below the cost of production. That could be good a $50 or more under even today depressed level.

Hard to see a comeback from here . and hard also to see a conspirancy.

The article bring also a photo of Humphrey Bogart taken from the film "treasure of the sierra madre", with a gun in his ands and the comment by the journalist "another goldbug gone mad because of his lust for the metal".

This article, for me is stercorarious and false.

It is enough to see the development of the price of gold since 1999 to 2012.
