Il bar/ristorante che ricicla denaro sporco

Solitamente, quando si parla di riciclaggio di denaro sporco, si pensa a banche , intermediari finanziari od a grosse corporations.Ma il riclaggio di denaro sporco, invece , puo' avvenire ed e' molto diffuso tramite bar e ristoranti, anche nei piccoli comuni italiani.

Sulla stampa svizzera, Madeleine Rossi ha riferito del fenomeno del riciclaggio di denaro sporco tramite bar/ristoranti.

Ma come avviene il riciclaggio, in concreto ?

Il bar od il ristorante emette scontrini per prestazioni mai verificatesi , di fatto, e poi incassa il denaro sporco corrispondente agli scontrini emessi, denaro derivante da spaccio di droga, prostituzione od altra attivita' illecita e versa il denaro cosi' ripulito, corrispondente ai falsi scontrini,  in banca.

Il riciclaggio avviene anche per piccole cifre "lavate" quotidianamente.

I bar ed i ristoranti in oggetto, solitamente, sono facilmente individuabili, perche' lavorano poco rispetto il giro di affari dichiarato e sono gestiti da individui o criminali o legati alla criminalita'; ma corrompendo il pubblico ufficiale che dovrebbe controllare i controllori "chiudono un occhio" e cosi' , anche in provincia di Como, si ricicla denaro sporco.

Il libro stercorario

Purtroppo , odiernamente, le librerie sono piene di libri stercorari, inutili, sia di saggistica che di narrativa, che copiano idee altrui o addirittura che non hanno idee od analisi tout court.

Qualsiasi supposto intellettuale o pensatore , odiernamente, per darsi importanza, scrive un libro che poi va a presentare in televisione , nei vari talk shows.

Ma , solo per fare un esempio, leggete "La scuola dei dittatori" di Ignazio Silone, per capire cosa e' un libro serio ed originale e quanto ciarpame , oggi, ingolfi le librerie italiane.

Aggiungo inoltre che alcuni autori, in Italia, fanno scrivere i loro libri da terzi, limitandosi a mettere la firma sulla copertina (in poche parole sono dei truffatori ed e' per questo che cosi' tanta gente pubblica un libro).

Those nations which recognized nothing higher than themselves ended up descending the path of dehumanization and destruction. The Soviet Union declared that there was no God and nothing higher than the state. And so with no accountability, the state wound up murdering millions of its own citizens. Likewise, Communist China declared the same, and ended up slaughtering even more of its citizens. When there's no accountability to God, then the state becomes God, then anyone becomes God. Therefore, you as a believer must be an example of one who recognizes the reality of God, who reveres the integrity of His word, and who honors His truth. We will answer to Him one day, but His people answer to Him now.

Qualche scomoda verita' su istruzione e lavoro

VERAMENTE OTTIMO ARTICOLO DI FRANCESCO GIAVAZZI, SUL CORRIERE DELLA SERA DI OGGI:

_Di che cosa ha più bisogno la nostra scuola? Di dotare ciascuno dei 40.000 edifici scolastici di un cappotto termico, o piuttosto di interventi per ridurre gli abbandoni nella scuola secondaria, o di capire perché, dopo avere assunto negli ultimi 5-6 anni 180.000 insegnanti, il prossimo anno scolastico partirà con 250.000 supplenti? Non avrebbe piuttosto bisogno di scuole aperte il pomeriggio, e magari anche in luglio e di ricominciare le lezioni già oggi, anziché perdere altre due settimane (tre in alcune regioni)? Per ridurre gli abbandoni nelle scuole superiori era stata introdotta nel 2017 l’alternanza scuola-lavoro: l’anno successivo il governo giallo-verde la ridusse drasticamente perché dava fastidio agli insegnanti, aggiungendo compiti che non consentivano loro di limitarsi a ripetere anno dopo anno il medesimo programma. Per agevolare l’inserimento dei laureati nel mondo del lavoro, in tutta Europa si introdussero vent’anni fa i diplomi triennali. Da allora la riforma del 3+2 in Italia è fallita perché i professori universitari hanno inteso 3+2=4 e si sono limitati a spalmare su cinque anni i corsi quadriennali che facevano prima della riforma. E così lo Stato ha abbandonato la formazione per i nuovi lavori, dal design alla moda, delegandola alle scuole private, dall’Istituto europeo di design alla Marangoni per la moda. Di che cosa ha più bisogno il nostro mercato del lavoro?

Di un’estensione a tutti, indiscriminatamente, della cassa integrazione, come chiede Landini, o di un sistema di sussidi di disoccupazione simile a quello che esiste, ad esempio, in Francia e Germania, riservando la Cassa a quelle imprese che devono affrontare cadute temporanee della domanda? Prima del Covid ogni anno erano circa 300.000 le persone che cambiavano posto di lavoro; il Covid farà esplodere quel numero perché renderà necessaria una profonda riallocazione delle attività produttive. La Cassa illude i lavoratori che finita la pandemia il loro posto di lavoro sarà lì ad aspettarli: in molti casi purtroppo quel posto non ci sarà più ed è meglio prepararsi in tempo. Servono scuole e progetti di formazione che facilitino questa riallocazione. Altrimenti fra un anno assisteremo a un’esplosione della disoccupazione.

Davvvero il divario fra il Centro-Nord e il Mezzogiorno dipende dall’assenza di infrastrutture come l’alta velocità fra Napoli e Bari? Non c’entra forse il fatto che da alcune provincie del Mezzogiorno lo Stato è sparito, delegando a mafia, camorra e sacra corona unita la protezione delle attività produttive? Oppure dall’uguaglianza dei salari fra Nord e Sud, che fa sì che il costo del lavoro nel Mezzogiorno spesso sia troppo alto in confronto alla produttività, mentre a Milano, con lo stesso salario, un lavoratore non ce la fa a mantenere una famiglia?

Se scorrete l’elenco degli oltre 600 progetti che i ministeri hanno sottoposto al governo per i finanziamenti del Recovery fund, troverete solo cappotti termici, alta velocità e autostrade, più qualche investimento industriale proposto dalle aziende, dall’Ilva alla Fincantieri. Niente riforme, nè nella scuola, nè nell’università, nè, ci mancherebbe, nel mercato del lavoro. E invece basterebbe partire dai capitoli del Programma nazionale di riforma allegato dal ministro dell’Economia al Def 2020: politiche fiscali a sostegno della crescita, mercato del lavoro, scuola e competenze, produttività, competitività, giustizia. Oppure dal troppo presto dimenticato documento Colao.

La svolta europea c’è stata. I piani proposti dai vari Paesi si inseriranno in un bilancio europeo che arriva al 2027. Non è un caso che la Germania pare si sia riservata di presentare alcuni progetti nel 2021. Pensare di finalizzare un impegno così ampio ad un consenso politico immediato, e non a quello delle generazioni future, mostrerebbe ancora una volta il fiato corto della politica in cerca di dividendi elettorali e non di soluzioni per il Paese._

How many obituaries are written in sand about the things of sand. Sadly, worldliness— the love of the things of this world—has rendered many professing Christians ineffective. The Bible speaks plainly about the dangers of a worldly heart. “Adulterers and adulteresses!” says James, “do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God?” (James 4:4). The world hates God, and those who befriend the world become God’s enemies. Worldliness makes people focus on outward, rather than inward things. By having this focus, people ignore God’s kingdom within them, and Satan gains prime opportunities to drag their souls into the pit for eternity.
The Bible gives us the key to overcoming worldliness. It boils down to what we set our hearts on. “Set your mind [or affections] on things above, not on things on the earth” (Colossians 3:2). If we allow Christ to reign in our hearts, then we will dwell on the spiritual world and not on the world around us.
Today ask God to search your heart for any worldly ways that separate you from Him. Confess those areas to God, and ask Him to forgive you. Then ask Him to show you how you can set your mind and heart on “things above.”

"Natural" interest rates ?

Today 's ultra low interest rates are anything but "natural"

It is impossible to miss that central banks have cut interest rates at an unprecedented pace. A common view is that economic and demographic factors are forcing central bankers to move in this direction. This is a misunderstanding. Policymakers should not be let off the hook that easily. Average interest rates in developed markets have been in steady decline over the past 30 years. This seemingly secular trend has inspired a plethora of theories about what drives it, from trade flows and productivity, to life expectancy and demographic shifts. Depending on your choice of timeframe, you can indeed see such factors moving with interest rates in the past few decades. However, two variables moving in the same direction for a while does not mean their relationship is causal. Three years ago, Claudio Borio and his colleagues at the Bank for International Settlements published a paper suggesting that over the longer term, movement in interest rates are rather connected to changes in monetary regimes, such as a shift from the gold standard, or toward inflation-targeting. That suggests that central banks do indeed have a role to play in our current interest rate environment. Moreover, it is clear that central bankers have political incentives to cut rates and keep them low. In economic downturns or market crashes, rate reductions can quickly save the day. In normal times, rate increases risk bringing about the next crisis. Few central bankers want to be blamed for contributing to a recession. Why, then, did central bankers hold off from forcefully suppressing interest rates until the past 30 years or so? It mostly comes down to constraints. In the beginning of the last century, central banks had to adjust rates according to the rules of the international gold standard. Central bankers faced similar constraints during most of the Bretton Woods era after World War Two, which created a collective currency regime based on the US dollar and gold. The only period similar to today was between the mid-1940s and the mid-1950s, the early years of Bretton Woods. Against the formal rules of the agreement, several countries maintained capital controls until the mid-1950s. This allowed them to keep rates low despite fairly high inflation. During this period, several central banks held real rates negative for an extended length of time. This so-called financial repression was an effective way for governments to finance and repay their huge war debts. Outside of this period and our current environment, real interest rates were not negative for extended stretches in the previous century. When the Bretton Woods agreement broke down in the 1970s, the world saw a gradual adoption of floating exchange rates, after which inflation-targeting took hold, pioneered by New Zealand in 1990. For the first time in a long while, central banks had free rein to cut rates as long as they could claim to be adhering to their mandates. No exchange rate-targeting or gold standard rules were holding them back. While the previous round of negative real interest rates was used to repay war debts, this time around governments are mainly using low rates to argue for more borrowing. There is method to this apparent madness. The case for bigger debts is the erroneous — but often made — claim that central bankers are not determining rates as they are simply following the “natural rate of interest.” They have to cut rates because that natural rate is falling. The concept of the natural rate was defined by Swedish economist Knut Wicksell, as “the rate of interest which would be determined by supply and demand if no use were made of money and all lending were effected in the form of real capital goods”. You often hear the claim that central banks must follow the natural rate downwards to avoid imposing interest rates that are too high to support normal economic growth. However, the models used for measuring the natural rate rely on macroeconomic variables such as output gaps — which in turn depend on interest rates. This interdependence between interest rates and output makes it hard to account for rates being suppressed below the natural rates for decades. Recommended Jacques de Larosière Negative interest rates cannot save indebted economies If you plot the path of interest rates going back to the 12th century, there has been a gradual decline and it is quite likely that the natural rate has decreased thanks to factors such as economic integration and increased longevity. However, there is nothing natural about the fall in rates that we have seen in much of the developed world since the 1980s. The US, for one, has seen rate cuts with each crisis since the stock market crash of October 1987. Between crises, rates have been raised a little, before being slashed again to new lows. This pattern appears to follow a political imperative of avoiding market downturns and recessions. That is anything but natural.

The Dishonest Politics of Interracial Violence

Recently in Sacramento, police appear to have solved a 40-year-old cold case.  Based partly on DNA evidence, a black man now 71 years old has been charged in the brutal rape and murder of Robin Brooks.  

Like Robin Brooks, each year, some 500 whites are murdered by blacks in the USA. But the Brooks case never generated national media outrage, nor has any of the other cases where whites were murdered by blacks.  Meanwhile, instances of white-on-black killing, such as that of Ahmaud Arbery, automatically draw scrutiny and spur protests.  Its easy to get the impression that most interracial murders are committed by whites.

Donald Trump attempted to correct that impression in 2015 when he tweeted that 81% of whites murdered were killed by blacks.  The Poynter Institute's PolitiFact soon "corrected" Trump's tweet by publishing FBI statistics showing that "only" 15% of whites are killed by blacks, while 8% of blacks are killed by whites.  These raw numbers, however, are not adjusted for population.  Adjusting for the relative number of whites and blacks in the U.S. population (white population at roughly six times that of black) would show that individual blacks are some 12 times more likely to kill a white person as the other way around.  That number does not appear in any liberal post.

As usual, US News & World Report is a good place to search for accurate information.  In a Sept. 26, 2016 article (during the presidency of Barack Obama, who promised to make America "racially neutral"), US News noted that the number of interracial homicides had been growing rapidly.  Using 2015 data, numbers showed "500 killings of white people attributed to blacks" in a year when 229 blacks were killed by whites.

In addition to these numbers, each year, there are many black-on-white murders that are never solved and thousands of serious assaults that are never reported.

Still, as US News points out, only about 12% of homicides overall are interracial.

What this figure masks, however, is the especially brutal nature of many interracial killings. The horrific rape-torture-murders of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom in January 2007 failed to make the national news despite the unspeakable violence involved.  During the many hours that Christian and Newsom were held, they were repeatedly raped, sodomized, and tortured by a gang of five blacks.  Channon Christian was beaten until she was brain-damaged, had Lysol poured down her throat, and was then wrapped in plastic bags and left to suffocate slowly, her body thrown in a trash bin.  Newsom was shot, his body rolled in a rug and set alight.   

Had the victims been black, it seems likely that federal hate crime charges would have been brought.  The national media would have been all over the case, and national black leaders would have been on the scene.  Knoxville, where the crimes took place, would have been the scene of some of the most incendiary protests in modern history — yet there was only silence.  The murders and the long, excruciating trial and retrial that followed were not even mentioned in the mainstream media.  Even now, to speak of these and similar crimes is to invite the charge of racism, as if simply speaking the truth were somehow wrong.  Clearly, a completely biased double standard exists in the way interracial crimes are reported.

When blacks are killed by whites, even in the case of police officers defending themselves against violent assailants, there is often talk of a racial "hate crime."  Protestors march carrying signs of "Black Lives Matter."  Certainly, black lives do matter, and they matter enormously, but one should not be protesting when the object of these protests was defending himself against a violent assailant.

Often, those leading the Black Lives Matter protests are silent when whites are killed by blacks.  So also, all too often, are federal authorities, including Vice President Biden.  During the eight years in which Biden was V.P., some 4,000 whites were murdered by blacks, many of them, like Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom, in a sickening manner.  Yet so far as I can determine, Biden has never supported federal hate crime charges against any black assailant.

There is no way to prevent most of these crimes, but it would help if politicians and other public figures would stop playing the race card every time a case arises.  Among those on the national scene, former V.P. Biden appears to be one of the most culpable in this respect.  Telling blacks that whites want them "back in chains" is not the pathway to racial tranquility.  Stating that President Trump has a connection with "the Ku Klux Klans and the rest of them," as Biden did in January, does not bring America together.  Similarly, announcing that he will have a woman, preferably one "of color," on his ticket — in other words, excluding most candidates solely on the basis of their race and sex — does not portend a race- and sex-neutral presidency.

Unfortunately, the killing will continue, and blacks will continue to kill whites as well as other blacks at several times the national average.  What can we do?  For one thing, be vigilant.  Be observant of your surroundings, and avoid dangerous situations.

One cannot easily change the mindset of an underclass of Americans, both black and white, who are willing to kill for a few dollars or to kill out of a twisted sense of pleasure in violence or racial revenge.  I pray that eventually the violence will end, but that's not likely for decades if not centuries.  I feel compassion for the hundreds of thousands of victims of violence, interracial or otherwise.

If there is one step that can be taken now toward improving the situation, it is to face the facts honestly.  It doesn't help to pretend that blacks are the sole victims of interracial violence; they are the perpetrators as well, and to a disproportionate extent.  Candidate Trump told the truth, though he may have been much mistaken on his numbers.  V.P. Biden, so far as I can determine, has never spoken frankly about black-on-white crime.  It is time for him and the national media to do so, and so begin a process of national reconciliation based on an honest acknowledgement of the facts.

"Riccardo Ricciardi, oscuro ex consigliere comunale di Massa, presunto esperto di regie teatrali miracolosamente approdato in Parlamento nel 2018 con l'infornata grillina, ieri è spuntato fuori dal nulla che ha caratterizzato la sua vita professionale e politica per attaccare violentemente il modello sanitario della Lombardia, i suoi tanti morti e il suo nuovo ospedale «costruito sprecando soldi pubblici» (essendo ignorante non sa neppure che l'ospedale in questione è stato costruito solo con i soldi di privati).Da qui ne è nata una rissa verbale e fisica con i deputati lombardi che per poco coinvolge il presidente del Consiglio presente in aula.

Avendo l'acqua alla gola i Cinque Stelle mandano avanti picchiatori e provocatori con la benedizione del presidente della Camera Fico (amico del Ricciardi) e molto probabilmente anche del premier. I grillini non sono avversari politici, sono dei teppisti mantenuti della politica e pure senza scrupoli. Per fortuna è solo questione di tempo, al primo voto due terzi di loro dicono i sondaggi - andrà a casa a fare i conti con la disoccupazione dalla quale vengono. Tra questi sicuramente ci sarà il Ricciardi, ma anche i loro compagni di scuola (solo quelli di Di Maio sono cinque) i parenti e gli amici piazzati ben pagati in ogni dove, e questo sì è puro sperpero di denaro pubblico.Sarà una liberazione, perché noi ci teniamo ben stretto il modello Lombardia e lasciamo ai grillini il modello Roma-Raggi (degrado e inefficienza da Terzo mondo), quello Bonafede-giustizia (quattrocento mafiosi scarcerati), quello Di Maio-reddito di cittadinanza (soldi nostri a mafiosi, pregiudicati e lavoratori in nero) e quello Conte-Coronavirus (milioni di italiani economicamente abbandonati).

Temo che il provocatore Ricciardi sia solo l'antipasto di ciò che ci verrà quotidianamente servito nei prossimi mesi, quando sarà chiaro a tutti che il governo non ha risolto neppure un problema. Fomentare odi e picchiare sugli avversari per depistare l'opinione pubblica diventerà lo sport preferito di chi vede avvicinarsi la fine della sua ricca avventura politica. Non ci faremo intimidire ma è ovvio che non ci aspettano bei tempi."

Guadagni in borsa grazie ad una corretta analisi di mercato

A giugno 2019 avevo circa 60.000 euro sul conto corrente bancario e venivo da circa 3 anni di mancati guadagni in borsa dovuti a particolari condizioni di mercato : ad oggi ho raddoppiato la cifra di 60.000 euro sul deposito titoli portandola a circa 120.000 euro con una scommessa corretta , di borsa, su particolari titoli azionari , dato che ormai da anni avevo correttamente identificato particolari squilibri su alcuni attivi azionari e su alcune materie prime.

Sono colpevole del fatto di avere guadagnato sui mercati finanziari  grazie ad una corretta analisi di mercato ?

Sono uno sporco speculatore anche se poi , sui guadagni di borsa , pago correttamente le tasse in Italia ?

Lo sapete che, in media, in Italia, l'ottanta per cento della gente perde soldi in borsa facendo trading ?
Lo sapete che la conoscenza ottima della lingua inglese e' essenziale per capire i fatti relativi ai mercati finanziari ?

Lo sapete che sui guadagni di borsa non e' possibile evadere le tasse per chi ha il regime del risparmio amministrato perche' la tassazione viene fatta al 26% in automatico da parte della banca come sostituto di imposta ?

"Oggi si decide il destino del ministro della Giustizia Alfonso Bonafede e di conseguenza del Governo.Se passerà la mozione di sfiducia proposta dalle opposizioni, andranno a casa sia l'uno che l'altro, ma il destino è già scritto: nonostante i numerosi guai combinati dal ministro, rimarranno entrambi per mancanza di alternative. Bonafede infatti non è un semplice e pessimo ministro: è l'inventore di Giuseppe Conte (fu lui a presentarlo a Di Maio e Salvini in cerca di un premier docile e servile), è il capo delegazione dei Cinque Stelle dentro il governo ed è il garante della linea grillina giustizialista e manettara. Quindi Bonafede non è uno «scaricabile» neppure di fronte all'evidenza dei fatti e questo lo sa bene Matteo Renzi, che minaccia di votare la sfiducia ma non lo farà mai.

Anche il Pd, che pure non lo ama, si guarderà bene dal fare scherzetti al ministro. E dire che nel 2008 la sinistra votò compatta la sfiducia all'allora ministro dei Beni culturali Sandro Bondi perché a Pompei le piogge avevano fatto cadere due muretti del sito archeologico. Solo che qui non parliamo di muretti, ma di quattrocento boss della mafia scarcerati allegramente con la scusa del coronavirus, di suoi bracci destri e sinistri costretti alle dimissioni da intercettazioni telefoniche ben più che compromettenti, del più famoso magistrato antimafia, Nino Di Matteo, che allude al fatto che il ministro si sia piegato agli ordini della mafia, di un Csm fuori controllo per le faide tra magistrati che brigano dietro le quinte e si azzoppano a vicenda come comuni faccendieri di seconda fascia.Ebbene sì, nonostante tutto questo, il peggior ministro della Giustizia nella storia della Repubblica rimarrà al suo posto, perché così è deciso per via di cause di forza maggiore. Rimarrà, ma prigioniero del fango che ha contribuito a montare, degli intrighi e dei ricatti che ha alimentato un po' per convenienza e un po' per pura stupidità. In altre parole, sarà un ministro dimezzato, senza più alcun prestigio e autorevolezza, che dovrà passare il tempo che gli rimane a contraccambiare favori a chi oggi gli salva immeritatamente la carriera.

E siccome è noto che il pesce puzza dalla testa, lo stesso vale per il sistema giustizia. Continuate pure a indagare, intercettare, arrestare _è il vostro lavoro_ ma cari magistrati d'assalto, per favore almeno smettete di farci la morale: voi e il vostro mondo non siete per nulla migliori di quei disgraziati che perseguite (a volte ingiustamente)."

Il quotidiano Corriere della sera di Milano, con sede  in via Solferino  28 ? probabilmente uno tra i peggiori quotidiani italiani perche':

IL COMASCO-LOMBARDO FASCISTA /MAOISTA

Durante la guerra civile locale, coincidente con la terza guerra mondiale in pezzi , come riferito da Papa Francesco, dal 29 luglio 2009 all'agosto 2015 circa, sono stato oggetto di vari reati, come intercettazioni telefoniche da parte di pubblici ufficiali fuori dai casi previsti dalla legge , stalking, istigazione al suicidio,molestie o art 660 cp,tentato omicidio stradale o art 589 bis cp, minaccia o art 612 cp, abuso di poteri di ufficio ossia art 323 cp, avvelenamento di acque o di sostanze alimentari o art 439 cp,violazione della legge sulla privacy, calunnia o art 368 cp e diffamazione, omissione di atti di ufficio o art 328 cp, art 613-bis cp o tortura e piu' in generale di linciaggio fisico e verbale.

Ora , considerato che la maggior parte dei reati nei miei confronti e'stata fatta da calabresi, napoletani e  siciliani, si deve pero anche considerare che esiste la pericolosissima figura del comasco o lombardo fascista/maoista:infatti anche il comasco o lombardo fascista/maoista ha agito contro di me durante la terza guerra mondiale in pezzi o guerra dell'EURO, ossia guerra contro l'Europa, la Germania e contro la moneta Euro.

L'Italia e' stata un terreno fertile ed e' un terreno fertile alla guerra dell'Euro, ossia alla guerra contro la moneta unica, per la sua mentalita' gattopardesca e trasformista, proveniente A) dalla Sicilia, B) da eterno ritorno alla Friedrich Nietzsche ed anche, in parte, C) dalla Chiesa cattolica romana, che , ormai, come detto dallo scrittore cattolico Vittorio Messori si e' trasformata in una filiale delle Nazioni Unite.

STORICO DELLA MIA POSIZIONE POLITICA

In concreto , nei fatti, non ho mai votato Forza Italia di Silvio Berlusconi: ho sempre votato LEGA NORD ed ora voto LEGA ,il partito con sede in via Bellerio ,a Milano e solo per il periodo dal 2010 al 2015, in deroga al mio voto per la Lega, ho votato Fratelli di Italia dato che , in particolare , non ho condiviso la campagna elettorale delle elezioni europee del 2014, dove la LEGA ha avuto posizioni anti-euro (Io sono sempre stato favorevole alla moneta Euro, sin dal 1994).

INGLESE

Qualche mese orsono, ho avuto l'opportunita' di dialogare con una persona straniera, in lingua inglese,che si e' accorta del mio ottimo inglese;infatti , in Italia c'e' la pessima abitudine, assai diffusa, di scrivere sul Curriculum Vitae , che si ha una buona od ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, quando invece non si e' in grado, minimamente, di utilizzarla.

La persona citata  si e' accorta che non sono io il truffatore e l'impostore.
Oltre al problema delle Universita' di scarso valore e di scarso rigore, dei titoli universitari inflazionati, dei ricercatori universitari che , di fatto, non hanno mai avuto una sola idea originale nel campo della ricerca, nel loro settore, in Italia, ci sono dei veri e propri truffatori ed impostori che accampano capacita' che assolutamente non hanno.
