Dal punto di vista della spesa energetica il nucleare aiuterebbe l'Italia in quanto privo degli eccessivi costi del petrolio, che raggiungera' , nel medio periodo, i 200 USD al barile.
L'epoca degli anni ottanta e novanta del petrolio e delle materie prime a basso costo e' finita, e saggiamente, paesi come la Francia hanno sviluppato un perfetta politica energetica, ad es con aziende come AREVA; in tutto il mondo funzionano attualmente 450 reattori nucleari a scopo civile.
Tutto questo in una situazione di delevereging del debito, anche dei privati, che, in Italia ha raggiunto livelli elevatissimi.In questo tipo di ambiente, caratterizzato da alta inflazione, debito e continue iniezioni di liquidita' da parte della FED, i metalli preziosi e le materie prime saranno i primi ad aumentare di valore, almeno nominalmente.
